New Inspection Lab Strengthens Mechanical and Salt Spray Testing
A refreshed inspection area adds more structure around tensile, hardness, impact, and corrosion-related verification work.

Cyfasten has upgraded its inspection lab to support a broader range of verification work for fasteners, custom parts, and export orders that require more detailed mechanical or finish-related checks. The refreshed space is organized to improve test preparation, recordkeeping, and internal review before shipment approval.
The lab update reflects customer demand for clearer supporting evidence on critical dimensions, material performance, and coating-related expectations.
Expanded Verification Support
- Improved workflow around tensile, hardness, and impact testing.
- More consistent handling for salt spray and finish-related checks.
- Better organization of retained samples and inspection records.
- Stronger handoff between QC review and shipment release decisions.
Supporting More Demanding Programs
The upgraded lab is particularly useful for customers that need more confidence before approving volume production or final release. Instead of treating testing as a last-minute task, Cyfasten wants it to be a structured checkpoint throughout the production cycle.
As order requirements continue to diversify, the inspection team will use the new layout to respond faster and document results more clearly.
